Here you find the kind of people who want to be involved in everything and talk to everyone. We want to think of ourselves as the glue that holds the studio together and enables communication between different teams.
Our goal is to be proactive rather than reactive and to make sure that we have dealt with problems before they even occur. You can compare us to the curling players who sweep the court - we make sure that the stone, or in our case the game, is running smoothly.
Today, we are a small team, but we are looking to grow over time. Curious? Please connect with the department to stay up-to-date with new roles.
"I've been playing games for as long as I can remember. At some point I figured it would be fun to be a part of the process of actually creating them as well - I was right!
As a project manager, I get to work with a lot of talented people in different disciplines on a daily basis. This in turn allows me to be a part of several aspects of game development, which fits me really well, being the curious person that I am.
The best aspect, however, is definitely the people at Fall Damage. I feel very lucky to be surrounded by passionate and hard-working colleagues and learn from them every day. We also have a lot of fun, which is a great bonus."
- Maya Egnér, Project Manager
