The quest
We are well on our way with our current title ALARA Prime!
Together with our other Technical Artists and Lead, you will continue to improve processes to ease production for the creatives and the technical teams. You will also work together with the art teams to create shaders and support the material pipeline. The entire organization will be your close friends to collaborate with. Your task will be to translate what the artists are dreaming of and make it playable in the engine.
We think that you have a background in 3D, graphics, and shaders as well as a programming interest
We highly value the game experience and therefore we always need to find new smart ways to optimize and improve workflows.
Your player profile
Perhaps you are currently working at another studio or maybe you have a strong desire to join the industry, either way, we want you to be a humble and open person, passionate about gaming.
We believe that you truly enjoy collaborating with people from different crafts to understand what tools and systems are needed to create an epic gaming experience. And of course, to come up with and develop those solutions together with your delightful team.
Background/Skills:
- Experience in Unreal and C++
- Solid understanding of art pipelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Shader development experience
- Creative mindset and ability to overcome technical challenges
