You’ll be our first People/HR-boots-on-the-ground and will be part of the journey from the beginning, developing our People function and supporting the management team, as well as all of our delightful squad members.

We keep gaining momentum. Our crew is now at 60 members and it is time to take our People/HR to the next level. Your journey will look something like this:
Analyze the current situation, prioritize initiatives and implement necessary HR processes and routines. Select an appropriate HRIS making sure that we get valuable data and reports that allow us to optimize and create an awesome experience for all the people working at Fall Damage.
Supporting and developing leadership in all people-related matters. Implement metrics, setting up goals connected to the individual growth and well-being of our staff.
Being able to make proactive decisions based on analytics and by building a close relationship with the whole team. This will allows us to attract, keep and grow awesome talent.
You'll be part of the leadership team and your role covers supporting members of all levels of the organization. You will also team up with the Talent Attraction & Recruitment team + we have additional support connected to salaries and more, from an external partner.
Your player profile
We are ready for you to level up our HR game! Since this is the very first People/HR person to step into our world, we need someone open and collaborative, who puts people first. We believe you have a broad background in HR (from roles as HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Manager, and similar) and have reached that level where you know how to analyze an organization, plan, implement, and evaluate People solutions.
6+years of broad HR/People experience, working as HRBP, HR Generalist, People & Culture Manager
You have been the driver or had an active role in creating smart and digital HR solutions, in a dynamic, mid-sized company in tech or gaming
Up-to-date in Swedish labor law
Fluent in English
Well adverse in areas like Talent- and performance management, Employee Engagement, Organizational growth, Change management, HR OPS, and Leadership Training. And yes, we understand that you aren't equally skilled or interested in all of the mentioned areas =)

What about relocation?
If you're an EU citizen authorized to work in Sweden, we're all for it! We handle relocations on a case-by-case basis but will be able to assist with the most important part, which is finding a home for you. Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to offer work-permit solutions for non-EU citizens at the moment, something we hope to be able to provide as we grow in the future.
