You'll be part of our code crew (12 peers) but collaborate cross-functionally with people from different crafts, primarily art and design. Together with our current two experienced UI Programmers you will create and improve the player-facing aspects of our upcoming competitive FPS. Including everything from HUDs and menus, to in-world visualizations, and surrounding systems such as systems connected to social play and persistence.
As a senior member of our crew, we also expect you to be proactive and use your previous experiences to question our current way of working with UI. As part of your daily job you will give your input on UI/UX design. We also expect that you mentor and guide others when needed.
Oh, and we put hybrid/remote work first.
Work from our office in Stockholm (Södermalm)? Good.
Work remotely from anywhere in Sweden? Also good.
Work some days at the office and some days remote? Still good.

Note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior at Fall Damage. We value diversity and take joint responsibility for creating an inclusive and accepting environment where all voices are heard.
Ready to level up? Come join us!
At Fall Damage we believe in potential and diversity, so in other words, we really like to get to know YOU. Be yourself and tell us why you are into gaming and/or tech and what parts you enjoy doing in your role.
What about relocation?
If you're an EU citizen authorized to work in Sweden, we're all for it! We handle relocations on a case-by-case basis but will be able to assist with the most important part, which is finding a home for you. Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to offer work-permit solutions for non-EU citizens at the moment, something we hope to be able to provide as we grow in the future.
